Blender 3D (Autodesk Maya replacement)

I am posting this as I came across this program in some recent research. It looks amazing. I do know that 3D modeling software is VERY expensive. Usually, it is in the thousands, depending on how high-end the application is.

Blender 3D is a replacement program for top of the line programs like Autodesk Maya. And best of all, it doesn't cost thousands of dollars, it costs ZERO dollars!

At some point I'd like to get into it more, but for now I don't have much to post on this one.
